Standard delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days, so you can expect delivery within 5 working days – if you live overseas this may take a little longer.

Some items that show as in stock on our website have slightly longer delivery times – around 7-10 days. This is usually because they are not available at our warehouse, but they are in stock at one or more of our shops. If you place an order for one of these items, we will recall it from one of our shops and despatch it to you as soon as we possibly can.

Please note that at busy times, it may take us a little longer to despatch items to you.

We will send your order by First Class Royal Mail and it will generally be delivered with your normal post. Please let us know if you would like your order to be sent to an alternative delivery address.

Overnight delivery (UK customers only)

For an additional £3.00, we can send your order by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to get to you the next working day (subject to stock availability). These orders must be placed by telephone before 1pm, Monday-Friday, to guarantee next working day delivery.

Please note that Royal Mail requires a signature for Special Delivery packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for it at the delivery address.

Customs and import duties

If you live outside the EU, please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

Returns

The Bravissimo Guarantee

We hope that you will be pleased with your order but, if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items. Please return them to us unworn, with all labels intact, within 28 days. Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, however, you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange.

We guarantee our lingerie, swimwear and clothing for six months – providing the washing instructions and care guide have been followed.

Returns from the UK

If you are returning your order from within the UK, Bravissimo is happy to pay for the return First Class postage of your parcel – simply stick the postage paid returns label that is enclosed with your order onto your parcel. Bravissimo will insure your parcel if you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office (UK customers only).

Returns from overseas

If you are returning your parcel from overseas, please ensure that you pay the return postage , mark your parcel clearly with 'RETURNED GOODS' and send to: Bravissimo, PO Box 2773, Warwick, United Kingdom, CV34 6YA. Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed before posting.
