We have ambitious plans for the growth of both our Bravissimo and Pepperberry brands and we are now looking for a key individual to take responsibility for the design of our Ecommerce website and digital elements of our marketing campaigns.

About the Job

Reporting to the Bravissimo Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for producing engaging and effective designs for our Ecommerce website, digital campaigns and digital assets for both our Bravissimo and Pepperberry brands.

You will be responsible for ensuring your designs consistently represent each brand’s values and have the appropriate look and feel and tone of voice to appeal to each brand’s target market.

Both Bravissimo & Pepperberry employ a wide range of marketing activities and you will be responsible for producing content for our website and mobile site, assets for online advertising and social media, and designs for our email campaigns.

Our website is currently undergoing a refresh to move to a responsive design and in this role you will support this project and once this is complete support the continuous improvement of our website on an ongoing basis.

About you

As a talented Digital Designer you will have proven experience in producing exceptional design work which is engaging and commercially effective. You will have excellent knowledge and depth of experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS and responsive design.

Ideally you will also have experience of using content management systems, a good knowledge of email and website design best practice, especially in relation to responsive design and user experience.

You will be passionate about our brands and have empathy for our customers, delighting in producing designs which engage and excite them. You will be able to work across both brands giving each its own distinct look and feel.

To be successful in this role you will bring a flexible 'can do' attitude, be highly organised, calm under pressure and have the ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships throughout the company.

About the Job

As one of three Team Managers, reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing, inspiring and developing a team of Consultants to ensure our customers consistently receive the exceptionally high level of service that lies at the heart of Bravissimo’s philosophy. The Customer Services Team deal with all eCommerce customer communications received via telephone, emails and social media sites as well as completing a variety of administrative tasks on a daily basis and you will be responsible for ensuring that the team continue to meet the ever changing customer requirements and service standards.

As Team Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the department and for ensuring resources are used effectively and efficiently to meet the workload demands of the department. You will provide support to the CS Consultants and deal with escalated queries and complaints and you will be required to develop your team through quality monitoring, training and coaching to maximise the customer experience. You will play a key part in creating an environment for the team so that they are engaged with both brands and living the values through their actions and behaviours.

About you

We are looking for a confident individual who understands our brand and values and has proven experience of managing others in a customer focused eCommerce environment. You will have a real empathy for our customers and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be a self-starter with bags of enthusiasm and energy, be self-motivated and have a desire to help others work towards their goals and targets. A flexible “can do” approach is a must and a willingness to get stuck in to whatever is needed to achieve success. An eye for detail and a sound knowledge of Microsoft applications to an intermediate level would be an advantage. You will need a confident telephone manner and excellent written skills and experience in dealing with eCommerce and social media as well as being able to manage your team effectively using your excellent verbal communication skills.
