Full and Part Time Opportunities

Our Customer Services Consultants deal with customer enquiries and provide fitting and style advice over the phone. The role also includes processing orders and answering emails and letters.

At Bravissimo, providing an exceptional level of customer service is the driving force behind the company, and therefore the most important quality for our Customer Services Consultants is friendliness – you should genuinely love speaking to people and consistently go the extra mile to help others. It is also essential that you want to be part of a team that is dedicated to giving our customers an excellent level of service. Previous experience of the lingerie industry is not necessary, as full training will be given.

Our Customer Services team work between the hours of 8:30am and 8:30pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am and 5pm on Saturdays. Various full and part time positions operate during these hours.
