Our CFC team ensures the distribution process runs smoothly and efficiently. It is each team member’s job to provide excellent service to our shops as well as our customers by picking, quality checking, packing and distributing all customer orders in an accurate and timely manner. The team is also responsible for receiving, putting away and accurately locating all stock entering the Customer Fulfilment Centre, be it delivered from a supplier, returned from a customer or through shop transfers. In essence, without the CFC our lovely customers would not receive any of their orders and our shops would not have any stock to sell – so their jobs are essential to Bravissimo’s success!

The lovely ladies in our customer services team are the first port of call for any customer wanting to get in touch with us. They take phone calls and reply to customer emails to process orders, exchanges or refunds, answer product queries or give fitting and styling advice. They are all trained fitters and are even able to do a bra fitting over the phone and via web chat! The team has the responsibility to develop, implement and improve customer service operations within ecommerce, ensuring that we meet or exceed our customers’ expectations consistently. Furthermore, they also collate all customer feedback to enable us to constantly improve our service and procedures.
Customer Service Consultants - Head Office (Leamington Spa)

Customer Service Consultants

20 hours per week permanent contract – Evenings and Weekends

The opening hours for Customer Services are 8.30am-8.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday, plus Bank Holidays and Sundays as required. Your normal working pattern will involve you working shifts of 4.30pm-8.30pm weekday evenings and alternate Saturday days. In line with business needs there is also a requirement to be available to work additional hours on top of your 20hrs contract within the Customer Services operational hours during the week and at weekends, so flexibility and great availability is a must.

About the Job

We are looking for 2 Customer Service Consultants to join our lively and friendly team. The main focus of the role is to maximise the experience our customers receive when they contact us via eCommerce, telephone, by email, in writing or through social media.

All consultants are trained fitters and can offer style and product advice for both Bravissimo and Pepperberry products. As well as providing customers with fitting and style advice when customers call to place orders, the team have a number of daily administrative duties including dealing with customer queries, returned items, exchange orders and investigate any faulty items or lost parcels. All consultants also spend time each month at our Leamington store helping customers and performing general store duties.

At Bravissimo/Pepperberry, providing an exceptional level of customer service is the driving force behind the company, and the most important quality for our Consultants to have is that they always put the customer at the heart of everything they do. About the job

As our Finance Administrator you will report to the Finance Manager and work alongside the Finance Assistant on the day to day functional finance tasks. You will be responsible various tasks including purchase ledger, sales ledger, company credit cards, petty cash, and expenses.

You will also work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure the smooth day to day running of your responsibilities within the department, and as such you will enjoy working with people to solve problems whilst giving a great level of customer service.

About you

Experience of working in finance, including purchase ledger is essential. You will be numerate with a high level of attention to detail and have a good level of ability in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.

You will have the ability to plan and manage your workload and be highly organised, with an eye for process streamlining whilst also maintaining the customer service and value added ethos of the finance team. You will have great communication skills both verbal and written, and be able to build strong relationships at all levels.

You may have some knowledge of stock and Open Accounts, but if not we are happy to teach you! Above all, we would like you to have a can do attitude and not be afraid to learn new things.

The IT Helpdesk provides the first port of call for all our teams across the business to resolve the various little (or big) incidents that can happen on a daily basis, including networks, servers, computers, shop equipment and phones.

Our marketing team is responsible for developing and delivering our agreed marketing plan for the year to drive sales through customer retention and recruitment. From our website through to our emails, magazine, social media activity and PR they ensure all activity is true to our brand tone of voice, image and target market with the majority of our activity designed in house. All of this promotes visitors to our stores and website and engages our customers with our brand. Some of this is purely ecommerce focussed, for example search marketing and online advertising, whereas other elements are retail focussed, for example launching an exciting new shop. The team also plans and delivers seasonal photo shoots which successfully sell our products and communicate our brand image.

About the job

You will be responsible for supporting the marketing team to deliver effective sales results, through a variety of administrative and general marketing tasks. No two days will be the same, and you will be turning your hand to whatever is needed to help the teams deliver campaigns that inspire our customers to feel great and to shop with us.

You will support the delivery of digital marketing in a variety of ways - by uploading images and content to our website and sourcing reviews as well as helping with our social media campaigns. For our magazine, some of the activities will include proof reading as well as sourcing customer comments for inclusion and you will also be involved in helping to organise photoshoots.

Both Bravissimo & Pepperberry employ a wide range of marketing activities and you will be assisting the team through fielding communication, co-ordinating PR samples and photoshoot materials, as well as ensuring locations, meetings and travel are effectively organised.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual who enjoys working as part of a team and has a genuine interest in all areas of marketing. You will need to be well organised and able to effectively prioritise your workload in order to meet deadlines.

You will need to have strong written English skills with a good command of grammar and spelling and excellent attention to detail. As there will be a fair amount of computer work, word and excel skills are a must.

Our merchandising team ensures that we have the right products available in the right channel at the right time and in the right quantities. They manage styles into the business and manage the stock distribution to our shops throughout the product lifecycle to give our customers the best possible choice and availability of our products. The merchandising team is a hub of information for many teams across the business, particularly the marketing team, where they work together making decisions as to which products to feature in our communications and they also ensure our customer facing teams and the team at the Customer Fulfilment Centre have the information they require to do their jobs.

Our product team is responsible for designing and developing our own brand collections from trend concept, garment design, pattern cutting and fit through to production alongside buying and selecting branded product. Developing and buying our collections for our multi-channel business and managing suppliers and factories to ensure great quality product is delivered to our customers.

Our Buying Team
Our buyers are dedicated to sourcing, selecting, buying and developing our wonderful products across all our ranges. Working closely with our suppliers, they ensure we offer the right mix of products and styles for our customers. They are responsible for what we buy and develop, and full critical path management to ensure all products are delivered on time and are of wonderful quality and great value. Our buyers are responsible for everything from trend research, customer and competitor analysis through to orders being placed in the factory and work very closely with the merchandising and marketing teams.

Our Technical Team
Our technical team is made up of pattern cutters, garment technologists and fabric technologists who are responsible for full production management and all aspects of fit, fabric, make-up and quality of our fabulous own label products. They create patterns
in-house to ensure our products are well made and of great fit for our customers. They cut and sew prototypes, fit samples and do the grades for all product categories. They manage the sealing process from handover to factory through to bulk production and approve all fabrics and garments to ensure every single product fits fantastically and is of great quality for our customers at all times.

The retail team includes Retail Operations, Area Managers, Shop Management Teams as well as our many lovely Retail Assistants in shops all over the country. Together they are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, fitting and styling advice in a consistent manner across all stores to meet or exceed our customer expectations, as well as the general effective and efficient running of the shops. For managers this includes managing, developing and supporting the retail team, controlling stock accuracy, accurate reconciliation and budgeting, maintenance of the shop, visual merchandising and analysing the shop performance in order to identify improvements to procedures.
