It was last autumn when her friend Nikki Cole, who had just joined Bravissimo as manager of their Solihull store, persuaded her to visit the Touchwood-based shop to have a bra fitting.

Natalie says; "As a paramedic, I’m always on the move and constantly bending over to look after patients. When I’d get back up, I’d find myself having to hitch my bra straps back up or actually pull the bra itself back into place. I’d never thought this could be because I was wearing the wrong size; I just thought that was what happened with bras, that sometimes they were uncomfortable.

When she visited Bravissimo, she was amazed to discover she’d been wearing the wrong bra size for years.

"During the fitting, the consultant talked me through what to look for when trying on bras in future. The ‘four boobs’ effect for example can mean you’re wearing a cup size too small, something I’d just accepted before. The fitter didn’t use a tape measure; she simply asked me to try on a few different styles and showed me what a good fitting bra should look like".

When she was fitted into her true size, a 32F, Natalie was amazed. "I was shocked and surprised but I felt and looked immediately uplifted. I never thought for one moment I could be an F cup, but the bra fits perfectly.

"As soon as I got home after the fitting, I threw all my old 36C sized bras away," says Natalie. "My confidence has soared and I can really see the difference, not only in the shape, but how it feels. I don’t have to constantly rearrange myself anymore for a start! I feel and look uplifted and my boobs are where they should be, I don’t have to rely on plunge bras to give me uplift like I used to".
