Back of the bra is riding up
Back is too big as the weight of your boobs cause the bra to ride up at the back of the bra. We would advise to go down a back size.
-
Shoulder straps dig in
As the back of the bra is too big the weight of your boobs pull the bra down causing the shoulder straps to dig in. We would advise to go down a back size.
-
Bulging out of the cup
If there is not enough room in the cup you will spill out of the cup causing you to have what we call the four boob shape. This isn't very attractive! We would advise trying a bigger cup size.
-
Wrinkling in the cup
This can happen when the cup size is too big and there is excess fabric in the cup. We would advise trying a smaller cup size. However, if the wrinkling is only at the tip of the cup this could be because the cup size is too small and your boobs cannot fit into the cup. In this instance we would advise to go up a cup size.
-
Wires standing away at the front of the bra in between your boobs
If the wires at the front of the bra in between your boobs stand forward and you can get 2 or 3 fingers underneath, then the cup is too small as your boobs push the wires out. We would advise going up a cup size.
-
Bra moves when arms are raised
When you lift your arms, if your boobs spill out of the cup then either your back size is too big and/or your cup size is too small. This would also cause the band around your back to move offering very little support. We would advise going down a back size and then if needed, go up a cup size.

Old Bra
If you've been wearing the same bra regularly for a long period of time, it will eventually loose its elasticity and support as the fabric becomes stretched and thin. So if your underwear drawer is full of bras like that, then it's time to go shopping and give your boobs a lift!
