Saturday fitting appointments
You can now pre-book fitting appointments for Saturdays! Each appointment lasts 20 minutes and can be booked throughout the week, including on the Saturday that you would like to be fitted. To make a booking, either telephone the shop direct, or just pop in!

We still offer fittings every day without appointment, but we've introduced this service for those of you who like to plan ahead!

How to reach us

Situated on the upper level of the rows on Watergate Street, our shop is centrally located and a stone's throw away from Eastgate Street - just after The Cross monument. There are several Park & Ride drop-off points, and a good choice of city centre car parks, all within walking distance of the shop. If you travel in by train there is also a regular free bus service between the station and the town centre - so why not make a day of it in this gorgeous medieval city!
