Gorgeous Fabric

Review published on:

This is a lovely bra with an unusual and attractive fabric design. I bought the 34G bra and a Large in the shorts. The fit is lovely and the fabric is of a high quality. I'm very pleased to have got this at the sale price.

Bombshell Bra

Customer rating:3 out of 5 stars

I rarely stray from a 34J, currently a fan of panache and bravissimo's own brand, in which I always come up as 34J. But this bra was very baggy on the top half of the cup and rather too forgiving on the back. I wish it was because I'd lost weight recently - but sadly, not! It is a very pretty bra, but either not true to size or just not the right shape for me.

Bomb-Tastic

This is an ideal Summer bra - gorgeous, silky lightweight fabric (unpadded) yet feels wonderfully supportive. The fabric for the cups isn't stretchy, more like a traditional silky satin. Straps are quite wide but are so smooth you almost don't know they're there. Lovely carefree colours that don't show through light coloured tops (the stripes show a bit under a white t-shirt). The wires come up quite high (but don't dig in) in the centre and make quite a forward-facing cleavage, slightly pointier than the photo suggests but by no means a conical Madonna look! I would still consider it to give a nice, natural silhouette. I recommend it as a really comfortable everyday, very pretty bra. It seems to be the norm for Freya to come up quite big, so I went down a cup size (30F instead of 30FF). The banding and straps are quite stretchy, so if in between 28 and 30 you might want to go for a 28. There is also another padded, half cup version of this bra that looks almost identical on photos.

Runs Very Large In The Cups

Review published on:

Customer rating:3 out of 5 stars

This bra is lovely colours, and is made of a really nice feeling fabric. It looks to have good boob coverage, but unfortunately runs very large in the cup size. I bought a 32H, which is the size of all my other Freya bras, but the cup on this was far too big. Back size was spot on. The straps were difficult to adjust, but this means they probably wouldn't easily shift during wear, which is good. A really pretty bra, but if you are buying, I recommend going down at least one cup size.
