Idol is our best-selling T-shirt bra. It’s moulded which means it’s seam free, so it gives a really smooth line under clothes and is lightly padded which gives a rounded look (and does the extra job of nipple coverage!).

I've been looking for a bra to wear under a new top. All my other bras showed through and it looked a mess. I ordered this bra and its perfect. Good shape, no extra bulk and it's invisible under my top. I would have given all 5 stars but of course this type of bra is never that pretty but do you know what it's not ugly either. I wouldn't be ashamed to be seen in a dressing room wearing it.
I was fitted for this bra in store, I loved it but when I came home i realised the underwires dig into my ribs much more than others. i have always worn underwired bras so i am used to them but this fit is just odd. I will update after a few more wears but not sure its going to get better.
Went for my first fitting last week (which was very good) and bought several bras. Very happy with most of them, but found that this one really cut into my right side, and I also found the stitching very irritating - it was so uncomfortable that I had to take this off halfway through the day.
I've put on weight recently (unintentionally, may I add!) Was finding it difficult to find a good supportive tshirt bra. Usually wear the Freya Deco bras, but found I was 'spilling' out of them since weight even gone on my boobs!! This Freya Idol bra is FAB!! Gives more coverage in places that I need, and leaves a great shape under clothes... can't be described as a 'pretty' bra.... but does the purpose... holds them up and gives you confidence... with comfort too!! A fab everyday bra for me.
I have tried several sizes in this bra - my normal size is a 32GG. I have experimented with this one as I keep reading all the positive reviews and thinking I haven't quite found the right size: the GG cup seemed to not quite hold me in at the top and I ended up with 'spill over' - I tried the 34GG and 32H as well in this bra and none of them fit properly. The 32H - the cup seems to fit at the front, but the wires are nearly around my back and it is uncomfortable. I would suggest if you have rounded or bell-shaped boobs - this might not be the style for you. The Rebecca bra fits me really well - but sadly react to the nylon lace at the edge. Really sad that the Fantasie smoothing bra has been discontinued as this was a good fit. Despairing of finding another, comfortable tee-shirt bra!
I really love this bra. It offers perfect support and is very comfortable.
I bought the black and nude bras around 18 months ago, recommended by the staff and guaranteed to last a lifetime. Now 18 months later, I am left physically scarred on the front of my chest by the poor manufacturing of the wiring in the bra. Please note - my mother has hand washed these bras from day one (as recommended) therefore we cannot blame washing them in a washing machine. Also, everyday I have to stuff tissue down my bra in order to stop the excruciating pain of the wire digging into my breast. I am not at all blaming the staff at bravissimo as they were a great help and have helped me to find my size and become more comfortable with it, I am simply upset and angered at the poor manufacturing of a much-needed bra. If anyone could suggest any alternatives for my awkward sizing I would gladly appreciate it
Really disappointed with this bra. The bottom of the cups appear to fold and gather underneath boobs causing odd outline. Worst part is that straps are really scratchy. I don't know if it's the quality of manufacturing but it's almost as though stitching for bows at top of cups has been melted to seal it. Caused my skin to become red around this areas and left me with lines of increased skin pigment i.e. Dark lines where straps would sit. Similar thing happened around chest wall. Actually had boyfriend comment about how awful my skin looked as a result (now ex boyfriend!)
