This non-wired style is made from 100% cotton and is a really comfortable style that gives plenty of coverage. It gives lighter support that is great for low impact activities and could also be an option for after surgery.
This is my second time buying a sports bra from Royce. The first time was a few years ago with the first style, with the velcro in the back, in a 36K. I loved that bra, but my breasts still bounced too much in it, and the velcro actually made it a hassle to put on. Now, I've gone up to a 40KK and I'm glad to see that Royce extended the size of this bra. While I'm a KK, I decided to give this bra a shot, and it still fit me fairly well. I already love that it no longer has the velcro. But it's still not great for high impact activities as there is too much bouncing. But I do love it for yoga, walking, and weight training. My breasts are extremely heavy, and this bra has done an excellent job in supporting them during those low impact activities.
As a person with a 32M/34LL breast size this is the only choice of a sports bra for me. And it saddens me that it gives absolutely no support. I still use it because it's comfier than a normal underwire bra, but I wish they made it out of non-stretchy material, so it would hold everything in place at least a little bit.
I purchased this bra for forthcoming lumpectomy surgery. I found it gave a better shape and more support than the non wired bras. Its also very comfortable. I've tried it out to sleep in also. You don't know you're wearing it. Would definitely recommend! You do need to go up a back size in this bra but no different to any other sports bras
In theory I love this bra - I've had it for a while now and for lots of sports it gives great support. HOWEVER... I have found that if I'm running for more than around 30 minutes the high Neckline chaffes and I end up with a red raw spot on the front of my chest just above my cleavage (not a great look when wearing shirts a day t-shirts to work for a few days after!). It is really painful and actually quite embarrassing to be wearing jumpers in the office to try and hide it. I still use this bra for workout classes which are a bit less intense, however for anything with a lot of movement I have to go back to my saggy old sports bra over the top of a regular bra :( Oh well - the search for my perfect sports bra will go on...
This bra fitted me perfectly - and I am a K cup! It's comfy and could easily be worn in the gym as a crop top. BUT, and it's a big but, it doesn't actually support my breasts. They bounce more in this than in my usual triumph Doreen ordinary bra. So for a decent crop top buy it, but as a sports bra it is hopeless.
I have tried many sports bras over the years and never found one I could comfortably wear - they were always so tight and squashed my bust into one huge mono-boob! But this one is amazing, so comfortable. I accept it may not be as supportive as other sports bras but with a very large JJ bust like mine there's only so much a bra can do and it's a dam sight better than wearing a normal bra to the gym. The sizing was a bit odd so I would recommend going to a store for a fitting if you can. It is so comfortable and great to have no underwire - I also wear it at the weekend, doing the gardening and even to work under the right top. I have also worn it to do Aqua aerobics as it's so much better than a normal swimsuit. I put them in the normal wash without any issues as well.
Playing football and running are no longer pain-inducing activities with this bra! It fits perfectly and really does keep my boobs pretty still even when I'm moving a lot. It has washed well and is quality made.
This looks great and could be worn on its own without looking like underwear. The material is nice and comfy but in my opinion, that's where the plus points ends. I don't think it offered much support at all, and a full cup regular bra would be a better choice than this. Way too much bounce. I would not recommend for larger bust sizes.
