Lots of Bravissimo girls love our vest tops as the full non-padded underwired bra that's built in to them is super-supportive. They really come in to their own in the summer when you want to wear less and still feel really secure!

This top is absolutely AMAZING! I have never been able to wear a strappy top like this without extra bra straps showing, and the "shelf bra" styles don't give me any shape or support. I'm a UK size 14-16 in tops, and 36F bra.. this fits like a dream! Another reviewer said she had an issue with extra fabric draping between her boobs, but this was NOT the case with mine at all. Mine is a very flattering and smooth fit all over. The length is perfect too, the bottom seam ends at my hip bones. I'm 5'4". The material is a thick, quality cotton jersey and even without padding in the bra (there is a second layer of jersey cotton over the boobs), you cannot see my body piercing "lumps" through it. ;) I would be confident wearing this anywhere! The shoulder straps are adjustable in the back like a regular bra and are a nice width and thickness for all-day comfort. The straps don't dig in to my shoulders because the built-in bra supports the weight of my boobs perfectly. Mine has 3 hooks on the back of the bra and I was able to get it on very quickly and easily by myself without any assistance. I would highly recommend this top! Thank you so much, Bravissimo! <3 I will definitely be ordering more of these tops in other colours!
The original idea was good, but the execution is really bad. First I really don't understand why there is a piece of fabric between the tob and the bra, is way too small on the front .... and way too long on the side. The bra is a big plastic thing, not confortable at all, the shape of the cup is strange, pointy but round at the end. And the wires are picking on the ribs ..... So how to wear this : first take scissors, cut the piece of fabric, cut 2 little holes and remove the wires. And now you have a confortable bra.
I ordered my usual bra size. When I first put this top on I did need some substantial help from a roommate to latch it. Once on, it was very tight the first few wears, but I expect that from most bras in order for it to later stay fitted and not grow loose quickly. After three wears I am able to snap the bra like I do others (in the front, then twisting it around). This is comfortable, supportive, and simply cute. As a feat of engineering to keep my 32 HH breasts supported and under control, I am not bothered by the initial tightness, nor struggle to latch the band. I have not been able to wear a thin strapped top without bra straps showing since I was 14, at 25 I am so pleased to have a cute and functional top that supports so amazingly that I actually feel comfortable wearing it out!
I am always a 30F in Bravissimo and was very excited to order this strappy top. When I tried it on, the bra insert fitted well but the top part was terrible. There was too much fabric across the neckline which was just sagging and the main body just seemed to hang straight down from my chest and wasn't fitted at all. It seemed like a 30F bra section had been put into a size 12 vest top which was far too big. I'm really disappointed and will be sending it straight back. I also ordered the lightly padded strapped top in red which fits perfectly but unfortunately is out of stock in my size in black.
Why am I writing a rave review for a strappy top on a cold, gray December day? Because I can wear a V-neck and still hide cleavage if I'm not feeling like showing off. I don't have to worry about whether it will hang forward at certain angles and give people a show (of the cleavage, or worse, of the top of my bra). The bra is hidden and comfy, I feel modest in professional situations, and the top provides an extra layer for warmth (this being December, after all). Can't wait to wear it on its own in the summer and enjoy its style, which is flattering, but not in a "look at my BOOBS!!!" way. The bra is supportive enough for everyday, but not for vigorous exercise (You'll still want a proper exercise bra.)
At first sight I thought it was too small, but when I tried it on it fit perfectly true to size. The fabric is nice and thank you for not adding the padding. I need another black one because I know I will wear out the one I own.
When I first saw it, I was pretty sceptical about the support. But after having bought and tried it, it's simply wonderful. No more double straps for me! Bought it in the same size as my bras and it's true to fit. I'm reordering more in 34 band size though to make it more snug for more support. I'm still keeping the 36 band just in case I ever put on a little more weight in the future. Absolutely love this!
I have always avoided tank tops, because I hate seeing the shoulder marks and bra straps showing. I have tried strapless bras, I even have one from Bravissimo, but I start getting uncomfortable after minutes of using it. So I HAD to try these strappy tops. Do you know that feeling you have when you find something you've wanted for so long but couldn't have? That's the feeling I got when I tried this top. It's amazing! The fit is very comfy and supportive. The boobs get in there nicely, although you do have to do a little contortion to get the girls in there. The straps are just the right width. I love it so much I will get it in other colors, as soon as I finish this review. The reason I got it 4 stars is the inner fabric whose existence makes no sense, as it doesn't conceal the bra lines nor does it give more support. It's just more fabric we don't need. Other than that, I love the top. Seriously. Thank you, Bravissimo.
