Stretchy and comfortable

I am using this as one of my nighttime nursing options, as the stretch allows me to slide a strap off easily without damaging the top. The colour is every bit as vibrant as the picture suggests and didn’t fade in the wash. While technically too small in the cup for me, this top is roomy and the fabric stretchy enough that it fit. The support obviously suffers a little when you’re not using the right size, but it is surprisingly good! It puzzled me a little that the bra piece and the top wasn’t sewn together in the top front section. This caused too much “let’s go in opposite directions” and I sewed them together myself.

One of the best Bravissimo items I have ever bought

I used to prefer the racerback pj tops. Howver, I had a mini stroke back in July and getting my racerbacks on and off is challenging. I bought this when I got out of hospital. In a racerback I take a 34GG-H, but because of dexterity issues I decided to go for a larger band size, a 36 in this style. As I went for a larger band size, I needed a smaller cup size so I bought this in a 36FF-G, I can step in and out of it with ease and wiggly into it easily too. It's not as supportive as a racerback (probably because I went up a band size), but at the moment I just want comfort. Because I've been ill, I've been spending more than usual in my pjs. For most ladies I would say, order this in your usual size. The only reason why I went up a band size was so I could get this on and off more easily. A few weeks ago, I had to wear a pesky heart monitor over the weekend which was very uncomfortable. Instead of wearing a bra, I wore this, both in bed and under my day clothes. (There was no way I was going to be able to get a bra on in my condition, and with a heart monitor strapped to my chest.) At some point, I do hope to go back to wearing my racerbacks on a regular basis. But for the time being, I have this lovely cami top to wear in bed, I have just ordered the navy one with stars on, again in a 36 band. I'm also getting hot flushes at night as well, and this is great for making sure that I don't over heat in bed.

I noted another review saying this product erred on the large side, so I erred on the small side ordering 34 D-DD ( in a bra I wear 34 E). It is MASSIVE. I would estimate about 2 sizes too big and sadly doesn’t come any smaller. So disappointed.

A bit on the large side

I went to the Covent Garden branch and got measured for a new bra then when I got home decided to order this new Cami Top. I wasn't sure what size to order as I was between sizes in the shop - shop recommended 34H for a bra but I bought 36GG for a bit more comfort, so I contacted the online help, they advised me I should buy a 36GGH. The Cami Top arrived promptly and is a lovely soft material and beutiful colour. The bra bit inside seemed very large but I thought it would be okay. Unfortunately after I had slept in it I found it provided me no support at all. I washed it in the hope it might shrink a bit but to no avail so now I'm stuck with a top I will have to throw away, a shame £34 down the drain. So be warned, this comes up big! I'm off to London tomorrow to buy another one but this time I will try on a couple of smaller sizes and hopefully get a good fit. The problem with buying online!! Shame because the top is lovely.
