I love this top. I wear a 34FF and am a size 14-16 in tops, and the 34 FF/G is perfect on me. It does not give nearly as much lift as a "real" bra, but it's enough for answering the door, running to the shops and lounging around at home. I prefer the racerback to the tank style as I think it's a bit more supportive. I have an older style nightgown with built-in support, which doesn't have the back fastening. This top is far superior in terms of lift, shape and fit. I plan on purchasing several more!
I love love love this top. So comfy and enough support for a 34E to wear. The loose tummy area makes it very flattering for us mums left with a little baby pouch! Top cup area is a little large in the cut so a size down (cup only) is good for extra hold/lift if you want it. I now have 4 of them because it’s been a long time since Bravissimo did a looser front top so I’m stocking up! Wish they did more strap styles too
Years ago I ordered and returned a grey lace version of this top of which didn't work out for me based on ordering just one size. Fast forward to 2019 and giving this another go. Body of top is a good billowy width and length on my 5'10" frame, the straps felt not too tight nor too loose so they were good and supportive, the material is super duper soft, love the adjustable bra-fastener as I find them easier to get into/escape from in the morning. Only gripe is the cups ran hilariously laugh-out-loud large and were oversized by a full dual-cup. Had I not tried this on in store but instead ordered it I would have made the educated assumption the E/F would be too small because there is no way I would ever ever *ever* fit into an E or F cup in regular bras. I was astonished when the fit was spot on in 30E/F in what would've been a 30FF/G -- I'd have guessed they were mislabeled. I can only suppose this is great news for some JJ/K cup sizes! I tried the Denim Blue color and though it's thankfully not pink, I wasn't in love (bummed that Dark Grey is out in my size). Would love to see this with matching pants in Burgundy or Aubergine!
I really love the top. It has a weird seam around the breasts, it makes it look like I have 4 nipples. I think after a wash it will mellow out. Very nice fabric.
the first impression is just how soft the fabric is. It is sooooo soooo sooooft! The fit is great, and for a PJ the support is great too. I actually had burnt shoulders on a vacation and used it as a daytime top and it was great. I wouldn't go braless and I felt comfortable enough with its support. I wish there were some racerback vest tops as well.
I really, really liked these pj's. Lovely fabric, soft and good quality - in a great style. The fit was perfect except for the cups in the inner bra. They were massive. I am 32DD and ordered the 32 D/DD. However I had to send it back. I then tried the 30D/DD, but whilst slightly smaller, it was still too big and the back too tight to sleep in. What a shame! Maybe if you are bigger boobed you can size down the cups, as the back was perfect, to get the correct fit. For us slimmer gals there's nowhere else for us to go! Sort the sizes out please Bravissimo!
For a PJ top, I don’t understand the need for hook closure in the back; elastic all around would’ve been better for me. The molded cups on this are cone-shaped and there are seams right in the middle of the boob which pucker noticeably. I also thought this would be “full coverage” as I don’t need cleavage when I’m sleeping. I’ll try a size up.
The fabric is so so so soft, this is the first thing I noticed. Then I tried it on and realized that it runs a little big. I wear 38E in strappy tops and bras, I have old Bravissimo pyjama top that was sized 38D-E and was a little too tight for me. This top feels bigger than 38F, but it is comfy, and soooo soft that I'm keeping it, don't want to risk sizing down, what if it will be too small? Next time, however, I will try going down to 38D/DD.
