So I bought a boat load of these bras a year ago because it was the only bra to fit me properly (small around the back, front rooted boobs and nipples in need of padding to not be too showy). One year in I have to say that I'm severely disappointed in the overall quality! Just a few weeks after having bought my new bras I contacted customer service regarding the issue that all of them lost their shape on the top part of the right cup. I was told that it was because of washing them in the machine but that I could still return them and have someone look at the problem if I wanted to? Seeing as it is so ridiculously expensive to send parcels from where I live and that the person in customer service practically told me it would be for nothing I decided against it. But I can't help but keep wondering how it can be that only the right cup has this problem, on all 6 bras? And how is it that a company like Panache are unable to make bras that can endure machine washing when brands like Freya has it figured out? (had bra's from their Deco line, had them for years and washed them frequently in the machine, only problem is they are probably better suited to side rooted boobs and when the time came to change I wanted a model where I didn't need to fix my boobs with fashion tape to keep them in place). And another thing: not only do they get out of shape in the washing but as soon as you touch the bra, even just to put it on, the fabric looks dirty right away even with newly washed hands. I am so disappointed in the overall product! And while I'm at it they could do with a couple of millimeters more width in the shoulder straps. But seriously: shame on Panache for such a lacking product! Good shape and great support but the material leaves a lot to be desired.
