BravissimoRacerback Sleep Bra

3.6 out of 5 starsfrom a total of 8 reviewsRead all reviews

Our sleep bra is loved for its support and comfort as you snooze or lounge. This style is based on the built-in bras found in our nightwear tops so it’s a non-wired, racerback style made with a soft, breathable fabric with light padding on the cups and shoulder straps for comfort.

This sleep bra is dual sized – each size covers two cup sizes for an accommodating fit.

We hope you love it but, as always, if you have any feedback or would like help working out the right size for you, please give us a call or pop in-store and we'll be really happy to help.

A house bra as I like to call it! Gives good support yet it’s so comfortabl!

Sadly despite having grey cups, this is a white bra and the underband, straps and back will show through if you wear it under a white pyjama top. Even though they don't go up to my cupsize, I get a good amount of coverage and don't have any problems with it cutting in at the top without having to go up a backsize. I feel the racerback anchors the straps in the right place and they sit close enough to the neck to provide a good level of support without being uncomfortable.

I bought this on a whim. I normally wear the racer back PJ tops but over the summer find them too warm. I saw this whilst I was in the shop looking at something else and bought one. Yes you get the same mono-boob in it that you get in the PJ tops but it's perfectly fine for sleeping in. The sizing is fine for the cup but did come up a little large after a couple of wears around the ribcage. If you can bear it being a little tighter for the first few wears I'd suggest going down a chest size to get more support out of it for longer. Bravissimo it would be great if you could do it in more spring/summer colours for next year.

Sooo close

At last! A great looking sleep bra so I don't have to wake up feeling like 'the girls' have been on their own little rollercoaster ride while I've been sleeping! The sales assistant recommended I go for a GG/H cup size to accommodate any cycle related size increase, as it's true the bra is more about compression than upward support and the last thing you want is to be overly squished when feeling fragile! So far so good on that front! I like the racerback style, but it can be tricky to take on and off so just be aware of that. Also, the light padding does mean you can get quite warm. We're experiencing quite warm nights right now, and I have felt like the padding is providing a bit too much warmth. It will be great in winter though! Not sure you'd want to lounge around the house wearing this if you're not keen on the mono-boob effect, but for sleeping I've found it to be very comfortable, no digging or anything. I am missing the adjustable straps of a regular bra as I have a short body and small shoulders, but I have been pleasantly surprised how little it's mattered. To sum up. Not 100% perfect but has made a big enough difference to my night time comfort that I don't mind!

Bye bye back pain

Bought this bra to try and reduce back pain where I sleep on my front. Within a few days my back pain was gone. Having washed it recently and worn a cheap sports bra while it dried my back pain has come back. I do agree it would be great if the straps were adjustable as I am very short from shoulder to cup myself, but I love this bra, so much so I'm buying a second one.

Ok, not great

I was a bit disappointed after reading the reviews from other the sleeping bras. I’m a 36G and the the back size was good, but the cups are a bit on the small size. It quickly creates a “uniboob” and I get sweaty between the ladies. I use it as it still keeps everything in place when lounging, as it’s more comfy with my ladies in one place then all over the place.

Really comfy but not as supportive as I'd hoped

I have bought lots of bras from Bravissimo since it first opened and almost all the bras I've bought are brilliant. This sleep bra is extremely comfy, but unfortunately there is no shoulder adjustment possible, which means it's not as supportive as I'd like as I have small shoulders. I see the other sleep bra has normal straps so I'll try that one next time.

After wearing cheap one piece stretchy bras at night I thought I would treat myself. Unfortunately I found this bra itchy and uncomfortable. I hoped it would feel better after washing but the seams appear to be in the wrong place and I felt flattened instead of supported. The cups are double layered making the material a bit too hot for me. The back fastening was also uncomfortable to lie on though it fitted well. Altogether disappointing.
