I bought the Sophie Panache bra in nude just before my little one was born. It is a lovely bra and much prettier than previous nursing bras I have bought in the past but it didn't last long at all before it started to fall apart. The strap on the back of my nude bra has torn and I also have this bra in black and it tore on the cup, just next to the clip. I bought it last year but it started to fall apart after about 3 months of having it. Other than it's disappointing durability, it is a comfy bra to wear.
This is a very pretty bra, but there's no support, and all the weight pulls on the shoulders. The straps dug in uncomfortably, but when I loosened them, everything just looked saggy. It was disappointing, because I hoped this would at least be comfortable enough to wear around the house.
Having read previous reviews, I went into store to buy his bra as I didn't want to risk a size faux pas. As it happens, I needn't have worried. For me, this bra is true to size. I'm 34HH and this fits perfectly. I actually like that the straps are quite thin, it would feel like a sports bra if not. I also don't have a problem with the straps digging in, in fact this bra is so comfy and flattering that I'm ordering a second one.
Pretty bra, but the straps are too thin. They dig into my shoulders. Also, I have had to go 3 sizes up. Depressing when you already have a big bust.
The straps cut into my shoulders. O woe! The bra is so pretty. It's well made. But there's no getting away from it. It hurts my shoulders. Have tried to overcome the problem by adding those little foam/velcro thingies. But their shape shows through t-shirts etc., and often curl up and look yuk. I'm disappointed, because this bra is designed for larger (therefore weightier) boobs. Please sort those straps out, Panache!
I was a bit apprehensive about this purchase as I had not found the Panache underwired bras comfortable, but was delighted to find this a very comfortable fit, and in addition much prettier than most bras in this category. Am ordering a second, and wish the pink was in stock!
I am a 36HH and I bought this at a 36J. It did not even come close to fitting me. It barely fit around me (only on the loosest hook and it was tight) and the cup was nothing. If it fit some who was a FF I would be surprised because not even half of me fit in this. Blatantly not designed for big busted ladies and they should not be selling larger sizes.
Really disapointed. Went into store to be measured and bought this in a 30J, after one wear I was really uncomfortable in it. It gives me a double boob effect under tops, very pretty but no support what so ever. Feel I have to wear it as I paid so much for it. Royce bras are a much better pick!
