Amazing!

This bra is definitely one of the best sports bras I have ever bought. The racerback shape is very nice as it fits under a lot of more 'trendy' sports tops. It's a bit hard to get on, I didn't think the band was too snug after I managed to get it on but it takes a bit of jiggle and wiggle but once you succeed it's truly superb! I've worn it to high impact gym classes, where with other sport bras I usually have to slow down etc, and haven't found main problems yet! Hope to be able to buy another one once this one gets too old.

Great but...

Good support for large boobs. Used for running and circuit training. Only criticism is that it is almost impossible to do up yourself. A second fastening higher up where crosses over would mean I could dress myself!

Best for bouncy workouts

This is my third sports bra from Bravissimo and it provides the best support. You do have to sort of crawl into it but once you're in, your boobs aren't going anywhere! If I had to wear it for more than a few hours the underboob band might feel a bit tight but it's much comfier than undewired sports bras I've tried in the past. The high strap at the back gives extra support so you're completely strapped in. It's my go-to bra if I'm doing a lot of jumping!

Great Support, but....

Review published on:

Customer rating:3 out of 5 stars

I have used this bra for running and it gives great support apart from the straps. The straps could do with being a bit longer. I have it at the longest it could be and still feel like it could do with another inch or so. As a result I feel pressure pushing down on my shoulders all through my workouts which makes me feel a bit restricted. At that point all I can think about is finishing my workout and getting out of the bra. If the straps were longer, I would have definitely bought some more.

Good for cycling

Review published on:

Customer rating:4 out of 5 stars

I bought this bra predominately for cycling. I usually wear a 30E in Alana and a 32D in Shock Absorber. I found the 30DD ok in the band but the SA bands are very tight so thats what I'm used to. The three-hook band is wide which gives a lot of support. The cups are generous, I would probably have gone for a size down if it had been available. The style of fit is of the compression type with a little separation which is exactly what I want in a sports bra, and especially under tight cycle clothing. Due to the material on the cups though I have no jiggle while mountain biking and will try it for running at some point. The straps are on the short side. This is great for me as a person of 5' 3" who seems to be particularly short in the upper chest area - I always find Shock Absorber straps too long for comfort. The rest of the bra provides very good coverage so I don't feel naked wearing a skimpy strappy top over it. I found it easy to get into after the first time. There is just enough room under it for me to wear a heart rate monitor chest strap. I wish it had a built-in HRM holder. So far it has washed well (about half a dozen washes) and retained its shape and size although I am extremely careful with my sports wear washes - never more than 30 degrees and it usually gets a gentle soap-based liquid not a bio powder.

Great support

Review published on:

Customer rating:5 out of 5 stars

Okay this bra does take some getting use to in terms of getting it on but it is worth persevering. When I first put it on I thought there was no way that I would get my boobs in and get it done up but with a bit of jiggling I got there and it was worth it. The support is amazing and I love the feel across the back - it seems to help my posture as well as give great support. I use this bra for horseriding and need all the support I can get!! Please Bravissimo keep this style as reading the reviews I know that not everyone has got on with it - to me it is life changing and I love it.

Perfect for jogging

Review published on:

Customer rating:5 out of 5 stars

I'm just about to buy my second one of these having worn other non-wired sports bras for years and trying a wired one recently. I love it because it is so supportive and although there are no wires it creates a good shape with cups. It is tight around the back and difficult to do up but I find I've got the knack now and I think it's this element of 'strapping yourself in' that makes it so effective.

Difficult

Review published on:

Customer rating:3 out of 5 stars

I was looking forward to this style, the fabric is soft and high quality but it's a workout just to get this one on, can't do up the back no matter how hard I try, sending back for a refund. I do not recommend this bra to anyone who needs to hook bras up at the front then twist round as it is impossible to do so with this one due to the cross back.
