Our gift vouchers are redeemable immediately after purchase and valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be redeemed once.
The original gift voucher must be presented at the point of purchase when being redeemed. Unfortunately, we can’t accept a photocopy or photo of the voucher, so please make sure you keep your original voucher(s) safe.

Find the code (it’s on the gift voucher, where it says 'Voucher Code')
Go to the checkout with your cart full of lovely things
Keep going through the checkout until you reach the bit where you pay and hit "redeem a gift voucher"
Enter the code and you're good to go!
If you don't redeem the full amount, we will send you a new voucher by email for the difference.
If you pay using a an e-voucher, we will send you a new voucher for the difference by email.
No, our gift vouchers can’t be exchanged for cash and they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Please call our Customer Services team at +1 877 826 3857 and we’ll do all we can to help and we’ll try to re-issue it for you. In order to do this we will need as much information from you as possible about the original purchase of your gift vouchers.
