I had such high hopes for this bra, and in fact STILL have high hopes that in a future iteration, the couple of deal-breaking little issues might be resolved with updates. I am 38G/36GG and I ordered this bra in both sizes. What I loved (in theory)/wanted to love: The nice round shape. A bit of stretch, NO PADDING, NO MOLDED CUPS. (Both of which I hate.) It has soft paneled cups with a layer of fabric on top to smooth out the seams making it (I hoped) a perfect tshirt bra for us molded-cup later. The plunge! A lot of the bras in "our" sizes come up so high and I am always in search of a real plunge.
Why it didn't work: The lining and the outer fabric, while they laid flat along my chest, were not affixed to each other in such a way that kept them from twisting around and revealing the lining. They felt really good on, but when you are paying this much, annoying little details like that should not be an issue. Also, as other reviewers stated, the bottom band is prone to flipping/rolling up a bit. This does not cause any discomfort (and remember I tried two band sizes) but again, the perfect bra would not do that, and for the price, I'm not willing to settle. If I suddenly had to rip my shirt off in a fit of passion, I want to know my bra would be in place! Anyway, they are going back, but in my dream world, Bravissimo will re-release this bra with a couple engineering adjustments made all because of ME ME ME. (I have an active dream life.) Sadly, they are going back.
