Idol is our best-selling T-shirt bra. It’s moulded which means it’s seam free, so it gives a really smooth line under clothes and is lightly padded which gives a rounded look (and does the extra job of nipple coverage!).

This bra made me realise how bad my other boutique (not Bravissimo) bras are. The bra gives me a nice shape, disappears under my clothes and is sturdy. I only have 2 complaints about this bra: I do have a little gaping at the top of the cup when I move in certain ways, so I think it may run a little larger. Another cause could be that after childbearing and nursing, my ladies are shallower and less firm than they used to be. My second complaint is that the fabric on the seam where the strap meets the band in back is itchy. The rest is perfectly comfortable.
I quite liked this bra but the cut simply didn't seem ideal for me. I could have done with fitting in a shop (please open in Exeter or Plymouth), but in the end returned both the 32H and 32GG I tried. The cups on one were too small and the other about right (maybe a little big) but on both of them the binding across the top/front seemed to push in so I couldn't achieve a smooth line. I change weight/size occasionally so I may try again in the future.
I use to love this bra, but in the past year I have gone through three of them. All with wire issues, I wash them correctly. I believe it’s due to the making of them more so than anything as all three have gone in the same spot and I’ve been fitted correctly so it shouldn’t be a issue
I purchased this bra in my size, 34G, and have been quite happy with it. It has good lift and is comfy under any top, completely hidden. Recently the one cup had the underwire poke through on the inside, so Im disappointed as I only handwash and hang to dry. After only 1 year, I wouldn't expect this problem. Freya please address!
It's certainly the best t-shirt bra I've ever bought because it gives a smooth shape, even under silk tops. However, I only wear it on occassions when I need something under thin tops or t-shirts, but certainly not for every day, as it is too uncomfortable. The bottom of the bra is very heavy. Hard, inflexible wires press into my ribs when I'm sitting down. It also has scratchy stitching under the arms. I judge bras on how relieved I am to take them off, and when I take this one off, it's utter bliss. Not a great sign, but I put up with the discomfort for the few hours I need really smooth coverage, as there is nothing better out there.
After years of searching around and scraping the net, I found the ultimate shallow boob rounding bra. It's the only bra I've ever had that makes me feel and look a million dollars, which is quite a feat because of the lack of projection and the height and width of my boobs (they are high rooted, distant and wide, this bra does me the favour of scooping up all the breast tissue from my armpit.) The band is nice and firm, true to size for me. I ordered a 28DD and a 28E, which I'll return: the fit was almost the same, but the 28E gaped a little on my smallest boob.
I love this bra and have now bought two more! It is a great shape under clothes, a smooth line, and is really comfy.
I have had three of these bras over the last few years and they are great. However, I have had to replace each one because the wire pops through the material. It is razor sharp on the end in between the breasts but has a cover on the other end which would prevent this happening if it was on each end of the wire. A simple problem to rectify, surely. Please Freya, sort this out.
