Agree with other reviews about this item. First time I tried this on I nearly took my eye out and got stuck in it and had to be physically helped out by my partner. Second time was easier. I got this to go with some bikini shorts I already had but had grown out of the bra. The main thing I didn’t like about it was the fact that it rode up as I was wearing it exposing my midriff. Personally, I wish I had gone for a swim suit now, and still probably will.
This is my second Milano , just wish it came in different colours! Once you master getting it on and off it's easy, I always sort it out before putting it on, the first time, a number of years ago, I really struggled! Having a big bust but size 14 below I can't find a swimsuit to fit so this tankini is brilliant, as is the service from Bravissimo. Thank you
I really liked this tankini. I really did not find that difficult to put it on. If you pull the tankini part up over your boobs your left with the bra section to do up just like a normal bra. I found the fit really flattering and it was really supportive.
I bought this to mix and match with a couple of pairs of bikini bottoms bought elsewhere - and only persevered with it because I loved said bottoms. It is RIDICULOUSLY difficult to get on and off. The completely free floating bra inside - with its super sharp, weapons-grade underwiring - makes everything very difficult. It's pretty much impossible to put on alone when dry at the start of the day, and a serious risk of eyeball removal/severing carotid artery at the end when you've been in the pool and the heinous garment is *wet*. I had to get my husband to help me put it on and take it off - and even he was huffing and puffing.... I bought 3 x Bravissimo tankini tops and this one was the least rotated (the other two were ace). The effort to don it isn't worth the resulting look - it isn't even all that flattering after all that... The main fabric of the tankini isn't attached to the bra, so often rides down and reveals the architecture beneath. Plus points - it's true to size, and plain enough to wear with any bottoms purchased elsewhere. I rocked it with leopard print, and butterfly print.
Struggle to get the top on. Like other customer stated the bra is not attached to the top so when you pull the top down the bra shows. Flattens rather than enhances. No use for swimming, the fabric is too fine and the top rides up. Extremely disappointed. Thought I would try tankinis this year for a change, will not buy any again.
I have two of these styles on black and another no longer sold it appears. They are horrible fit and so hard to get in and do up in the back nor is the tank part stay down and always crumples under the boobs. I wouldn't? be able to get in comfortably without the help of my husband. They seriously need to look at the design for the tankswim tops. Fingers crossed there is another brand for large cup sizes that is easier to get into by myself. Would give no stars if could.
I normally wear 32J got the next size up so the body would be slightly easier to get into sadly not dreadful fit hard to get into bra and tank don't sit well at all, I have had lots of tankinis from bravissimo but this is by far the worst I have tried really not up to your normal quality or standards!
This tankini top really squashes down your boobs and gives you a shapeless look. It's true what other reviewers have said, that it's very hard to actually get into it (the bra band is separate from the fabric). It would benefit from padding. I like the rouching on the side but overall it's a disappointing design. (Bought in store with the help of a Bravissimo assistant).
