I have this in cream, navy and mustard ! Love this cardi! Great fit, warm, stylish and soft to touch. Please can give us more colours - a chocolate brown or a green or a teal would be really appreciated!!
I have two of these in maroon and navy - both of which are getting pretty worn out through constant use! Seriously tempted to buy one in every colour - would be good to have a grey one please!
This cardigan has been a favorite of mine for a few years now, as it's the only cardigan I can button without the gaping that is so common in regular cardigans (I am a 34HH so this happens very frequently). When I decided to replace my well worn blue cardigan, I noticed the material had changed, thinner but softer. I still like it except anytime I want to iron it, the whole surface of my iron is covered in navy blue residues and I have to clean it, which is a bit frustrating.
This cardigan is a wardrobe staple for me, I own it in several colours and still end up buying another one every autumn... I bought the navy and the black one this time - the navy one is a perfect fit, weirdly the black one is a tiny bit more roomy around the waist and also the sleeves are about 10 cm longer than on the navy one which means I need to roll them up if I don’t want them to cover my hands up to my fingertips... what is it with the excessive length of the sleeves this season..?!
I love cardigans, but as I have to buy a size bigger to fit my chest, my shape gets hidden by baggy fabric and I end up with no waist. So no cute cardigan and skirt outfits for me... until, I tried on the best cardigan in the world! Honestly, if you try this on you will fall in love with it. I'm 5ft3 and a 30H or 30HH, so I bought the 10RC in this cardigan. I instantly look slimmer and have a waist again. The only trouble is I am now going to want one of these in every colour... I would also love a short sleeved version to wear with summer skirts and dresses, in a cream colour. I haven't worn it out yet, but it felt very warm when I tried it on, so it'll be great for autumn/winter. Thanks Bravissimo.
This cardigan seemed very good quality material when it arrived. However I've worn it twice and its bobbled under the arm already. I also can't do the cardigan up easily, it's a bit tight. I have another notch neck shorter cardigan in the same size and that fits fine.
£40 is expensive for what is a thin, fairly basic cardigan. And that’s before you get to the major problem with it! I have no idea who made the decision to have ruching across the largest part of the bust. Seriously? It just makes the cardigan look like every (cheaper) high street one, ie pulling and not sitting flat over a big bust. Except this one DOES fit; it’s just designed to look like it doesn’t. That’s just odd.
Fits nicely and looks good despite my husband suggesting that only octagenarians wear cardigans. Not too heavy, but enough for events where you need a little something over a summery or formal dress. Expensive, but I'd never knit anything in wool this fine and I'll never get anything to fit quite as well anywhere else.
