BravissimoPJ Vest Top

4 out of 5 starsfrom a total of 8 reviewsRead all reviews

Lots of Bravissimo girls have told us how much they love the support in this easy-to-wear pyjama top. There’s an internal soft bra (like our sleep bra) complete with back fastening so you can adjust the fit. Pair with some long bottoms or shorts for a look that you’d be happy (and feel supported enough!) to answer the door in!

Super soft!

Recently bought the new rose pink PJ vest top, the sizing was spot on and I found it really comfortable to sleep in. I found the elastic round the underband much improved from one of my old vests in the same size that used to irritate me. Will be buying more in other colours!

Younger ladies take note!

I have been buying these vest tops in different versions for I believe about 20 years. My husband says that I still have the bosom (not his exact words) of a 19 year old; he's not correct, but since he met the girls when they were 19, who am I to contradict..? I am 62 years old, I am a K cup and yet (unlike my 2 sisters, who have never exceeded GG cup-size but whose chests have gone sideways) the girls are still facing forward, I believe in part due to the Bravissimo vest tops. I wear one every night under one of the super soft Bravissimo PJ tops, (I don't always do up the hooks so a sleep bra wouldn't do it for me, plus if I have a power surge in the night, the pj top can come off and I am still decent). I have been known to wear one on long flights instead of a bra. Long may they continue! I note that they now appear to be available in JJ/K, because I have spent the last 20 years squishing into HH/J - YAY!!

Saggy straps after one wear and now looks awfully unflattering. Seems all Bravissimo nightwear is like this now, far too much give in the straps.

I’ve never had any sleepwear with built in support before, and this vest is perfect. Really soft and confortable, feel like I have all the support I need whilst also not feeling restricted in my sleep. Will definitely get it in the other colours, just have the charcoal at the moment.

Brilliant fit, but fabric could be better

Loved the colour and the fit, so much so I've got 2 and have ordered a third. The support shell is lightweight, so not as bulky as previous styles, and takes much less time to dry. Only disappointment is the vest fabric, which has started to bobble after being washed twice, but, since it's only worn in bed - when my eyes are closed - I can live with that.

So comfortable! Would say it's more black than navy, and worth sizing up (I'm 34G/GG and 34GG/H fit perfectly). The fabric is lighter weight than other similar Bravissimo pyjama tops I've had before, but I think this one is softer and more comfortable for sleeping in.

Worth a try

I wear bras considerably larger in cup (36K) than offered here, but I wanted one of these so tried the largest cup and back size - 38HH/J. I have been buying them - in racer back - since the largest cup was H and wear them a lot indoors, especially for doing yoga. Or doing nothing! It's not going to give me great shape - my boobs are slightly squashed together - or probably "proper" support, but I can wear it around the house (& in bed, although I don't usually with these) & frankly that's all I care about. So if you think you might be able to wear one of these I say it's worth a try. Oddly, the orange seems a tiny bit tighter in the cup than the pale purple one in the same style, but I can still wear it. I do wish Bravissimo would make the larger cup sizes in all this supported sleepwear. I am never going to want to wear it in the street and even minimal support is fine as I slept without any support for years & years. I still would had I not tried the Bravissimo tops because they weren't officially big enough!

What a shame! I saw the fab colour & ordered immediately. Colour IS fab, but sadly the material is not. Surely designers would know that people would prefer a natural material, like cotton, to sleep/ lounge in. This material is very clingy (not good for those of us with the odd extra roll!) and very 'sweaty'. Size wise, I'm a 34H bra, so ordered a 36FFG. It is a little small around the cup and very tight around the ribs. I love the colour so much that I will order larger and wear in cooler weather.
