This bikini is a beautiful color and I like the style and silhouette, but the fit was not accurate for me and it caused me a few problems. First of all, this bikini runs large! I wear a 30ff or 30g usually, but I had heard stories of Miss Mandalay running small so I first ordered a 32F. When the bikini top arrived, it was too big in the band and the cups, so I exchanged it for a 30F. The 30F fits okay. The cups dig in a little on me, but I attribute that to the shape— they are fairly shallow and made of 2 foam pieces, whereas I usually wear 3-part cups that are more projected. I did not fall out of it at the beach, but I had some moments of fear! I also want to bring attention to the wire shape and position. I have a fairly bony ribcage and these plunge wires dug in hard and hurt. The bras I usually wear— the Panache Envy and Katherine Hamilton Eden— have more U shaped wires which sit flush against my ribs without pointing inwards and pressing against my chest. However, the shape of this bikini caused the wires to poke inward, and I have bruises on my sternum now from one day at the beach :( It's also worth noting that this is NOT a push up bikini top. I actually found that it pushed my boobs downwards and flattened them a bit. The only thing that brought my boobs together/up was the straps of the halter top.
This is not necessarily a bad swimsuit, and I like the color and style. I would recommend it for someone with shallower breasts who's comfortable in styles with plunging wires like the Bravissimo Alexa. But if you have sensitive ribs, projected breasts, or prefer the look of your boobs more up and together, I would pass on this one.
