I got such a shock when I put this tunic dress on. I look amazing- I’ve never felt so comfortable and sexy at the same time- and I’ve just turned 50 !! Please bring out some more of these in different colours. Gorgeous material too. One very happy lady ( and an even happier husband).
Gorgeous. The grey dress is soft, comfy and forgiving. Sort of sweatshirt fabric. The blue is different fabric, thinner and less stretchy but still totally stunning. Go up a dress size though. I laid my 8 in the grey on top of the blue in a 10 and they were exactly the same size. The blue is about an inch shorter. Someone else mentioned the side seams in the hip area stand proud which is a bit annoying but not enough to send it back! Stunning dresses.
What a fantastic little dress. The grey is soft, giving and skims the figure. The blue dotty dress is a thinner, less stretchy fabric, still skims but is less forgiving than the grey. I had to size up to a 10 in the blue to get room to ‘relax’. I measured the two dresses against each other and sure enough the 8 in the grey is EXACTLY the same size as the 10 in the blue. The blue is about an inch shorter. I love them both. Someone pointed out that the side seams around the hip area sticks out slightly on the blue and I found that too. Hasn’t put me off though. Still stunning.
I LOVE this tunic dress! It's so flattering and I always receive compliments when I wear it. It's been my go to for smart casual events over the winter, worn with thick tights and boots. The blue spot pattern is gorgeous and the twist neckline makes my boobs look fab. Well done Bravissimo!
This dress tunic didn't work for me. It was too low cut for me as I have high set boobs. The pattern on the dress gave the effect of highlighting the bumps particularly as there is a seam down the front. It was a poor choice of fabric for curves.
I'm right between sizes 16/18 on the high street and have been a long term customer of Bravissimo. I was looking for a casual dress to wear at weekends and thought this would fit the bill perfectly so eagerly awaited it's arrival. I went for 18c/rc as it looked like I might need this to skim rather than cling to my hourglass figure. Sadly not only was it clingy but in fact too small. I checked the label several times to make sure I had been sent the right size (which I had) and even re-tried it a couple of times but it's just no good and I'm going to have to return it. Also I'm 5ft 8 and it would have been too short to wear as a dress. Maybe it's me but might be worth sizing up if you are between sizes. Other than that it's a perfectly nice dress.
Not even. Weird seam down the center. This makes the small dots (yes, it's spotted) look odd as the sewing line bisects some of them. Side seams are too chunky and stood out from my hips, making them look bigger. (Bottom half was loose). Top is not flattering. Too A-line, too long. Mine went back.
