Our retail team aim to make sure that all of our customers find the styles that they want, have all the help that they need with fitting and have a fantastic, friendly in-store experience which leaves them smiling and a spring in their step
Our warehouse team ensures the distribution process runs smoothly and efficiently. We aim to provide an excellent service to our stores and our customers by picking, quality checking, packing and distributing all orders so that all our customers receive what they want as quickly as possible.

Our People & Culture team is responsible for finding and developing our people and making sure that everyone at Bravissimo truly lives our values and is able to achieve the best for our customers and themselves. We love to look at ways to make Bravissimo an even better place to work.
Our customer services team go the extra mile to help our customers with anything they need. We process orders, exchanges or refunds; answer product queries; and help with bra fittings and styling advice over the phone, via email and live chat.
