I’m a size 34HH and I jog and hike. I have 3 of these - two are 10 years old and still going strong, and I just bought another. Love them - comfy, even after a decade of (gentle) washing machine. And they keep everything where it should be.

I ran the London Marathon in this bra and it was super comfy and supportive all the way round. I didn't have any chaffing, which is always a benchmark of any sports bra. . . Would definitely recommend!

I recommend going up one back size to get a comfortable fit. I bought 36g when I'm normally a 34g. Very supportive for high impact sports.

I normally wear a 32F in this bra and was finding the underband a bit tight when breathing deeply whilst running, so I thought I'd try a 34F. Big mistake, doesn't provide any bounce restriction, so useless for running in. Looks like the bra does need to be uncomfortably tight to be effective.
