I have started jogging on treadmill. This bra helps keeps you in place, doesn't stop all the bounce but I don't think any bra will totally do that. Makes me feel comfortable enough without thinking everyone is looking at me bouncing. Takes a while to get used to doing up the back. The straps are nice and comfortable. If you want you could wear it as a crop top without a t-shirt. The bra holds boobs together and not apart like an underwired bra does. I bought a larger back size and kept to my normal cup size as I didn't want it cutting in to me while jogging and it fit perfect. Definitely recommend. Thanks Bravissimo

I have three versions of this sports bra and its fantastic, supportive yet not restrictive. I have found doing the top hook up first then getting you arms in sort of works best.... its not elegant. The grey version has got some stitching coming loose and one of the hooks at the back have become misshapen, however my this is not the case with the other two versions.

I have this bra for my zumba and aerobic dance classes. The size, 36D, fits perfectly fine for me.It controls bounce like 10 stars!

I am now buying my third of this bra, I currently own it in the black and the pink. The support is incredible, I've recently started running and when done up tightly it seriously reduces bounce, something that has always put me off higher impact sports before. I finally feel totally confident doing sports like this and don't need to half run/half hold my boobs in place any more! I highly, highly recommend. Can be a bit tricky to do up alone, took me a while to get used to it but think my arms have got more flexible as a result and I've cracked it now! The second clasp is what seems to hold it all tightly in place so it's well worth it.

Its probably the best sports bra I have bought. In my country its almost impossible to buy bra of my size... but this is good. I tried light exercise with it and its good.. going to run with it soon.. Cons: I find it hard to fasten the top. Need someone's help.. Overall its good..

I read previous reviews and bought a back size larger as I wanted the bra for everyday wear, not just for sports, but you could probably get away with your usual size as I don't find it tight at all. I was fed up with bra straps continually falling down, so picked the sports bra mainly because the straps were closer together at the back. The straps stay in place all day and having no wires it is so comfortable - it almost feels like a sleep bra! I love it so much I bought another one and am loath to go back to my usual underwired bras.

So far I've used this bra for running (short distances) and Zumba and it's been great. I'm not used to a wireless sports so was pleasantly surprised by how supported I felt. Would definitely recommend.
