Ordered my usual size 36E could hardly get it done up, strap to their fullest length but bra and boobs pulled up too high.
Bra also looked to be an odd shape on me.

How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I’ve always had Shock Absorber bras but not this design. This bra is OK for walking, low impact gym etc but not supportive enough for jogging.
The annoying thing is that when using the end hooks at the back there is not enough material so the hooks dig in your back. Very disappointing design by Shock Absorber. I will continue to use it but I’ll need to buy my usual design to get the support I need.good
