No support whatsoever. Do not run whilst wearing this bra! A shame, as the lace is very soft.

I really like the Ana, I have it in pink and white and black. The pink and white are really delicate, the lace is super soft and very comfortable. It’s a good fit, the separator sits really flat against me. The straps slip a bit but I have never yet found a bra when that doesn’t happen ( narrow shoulders). It gives adequate support. The black version which I’ve had for ages now is no where near as comfortable - it’s much firmer lace and is more prickly and I hardly wear it. I don’t know if there is still variation in the lace.

Always had trouble finding bras to feel comfortable in the middle gore with many digging in. This sits slightly lower than others so is much more comfortable. Cups fit lovely too, my new go to style.
