This is not suitable for high impact sports. I kept it as I also do medium and low impact activities, but my 2 year old high impact bra gives more support than this when running It is incredibly annoying as there isn’t any option in my size - underwired are awful. And clearly it’s physically possible to make suitable high impact no wire bras in my size as my old one clearly shows Women should not be excluded from running due to lack is a suitable bra

A lovely bra when I finally got the size right. I’m normally a 34 H but it said in the write up go one size up. I suggest 2 sizes band up and 1/2 cup sizes down. I ended with a 38 GG. Could have gone a G maybe but have one breast bigger than the other.

I use for gym strength sessions. Supportive and comfortable.

I wear these bras every day. For me they are far more comfortable than a standard type bra. I don't feel as if I am wearing one; it is more like a firm tank top. It would be nice to have something a little more feminine but with the same support.

I always looked for non wired aports bras that are really supportive. This ticks all the boxes and I don't feel restricted. It is my third one, totally worth it!
