How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I wanted to love this sports bra as I found it much more supportive than others I’d tried and I didn’t have the chafing in the back of my shoulders like I’d had for other bras. But this is not a suitable bra for endurance sports / marathon training, the seams in the cup lead to terrible chaffing on the breast tissue. As I ultimately wanted this for long distance running I’m quite disappointedGood Sports Bra

The best sports bra I have ever had! I am a 38GG really struggle to get Good sports that actually works! I’m able to carry out running and high impact workouts with comfort and no movement. You have to hand wash but it’s super easy to wash / dry daily.Recently viewed
