As with all sports bras I think you need a size up in your cup size if ordering. I was bulging up the top and sides and ordered my usual cup size. Very supportive otherwise.

Such a shame. I've shopped with Bravissimo for my sports bras since I was a professional Rower (2 decades ago). And now I have to say this bra was really not as described. Firstly, I got the size I was recommended by the fitter in the Covent Garden store. It is tight, but most sports bras I've bought from Bravissimo are. This one rubs, however. And badly. I finish my long distance runs in a lot of pain due to the burns from this bra. It's not good and I will stop wearing it for such things. Secondly, you are unable to join the shoulder straps at the back together and so the boobs aren't as lifted as they could be. Thirdly, for the price it is, it's not a top quality product. I'm disappointed.

I have had a Shock Absorber bra for a long time and it was wearing out. I had no hesitation in buying this as a replacement. Great hold in the gym and keeps everything in place. As advised by Bravissimo I went up a band size and it fits perfectly
