I feel totally stable in this bra, and love that it's relatively lightweight (in a good way) - the band felt odd at the front compared to other sports bras, but the assistant helped me check the fit, and she was right. I've worn it for long runs and high impact track sessions, and still feels great.Sports bra good for yoga/low impact
