As a big boobed gal, I cannot recommend this enough. In the past I have been loyal to shock absorber bras for running, circuits, etc., but thought I'd try to switch it up and see what other options are available. After a bit of research, I settled on this absolute masterpiece of a sports bra. First of all, the SUPPORT! When I first unboxed it, I was concerned as the cup had zero stretch to it and seemed thinner than the shock absorber bras I was used to, however, upon trying it on and doing a jump test, I was so impressed! In the past, I have found other high impact bras relying too heavily on a tight squeeze on the band to hold the girls down, but this bra did something different. The cup, with its strategic seams and clever shape, meant the ta-tas fit so comfortably into them, and relieved the usual pressure on my ribcage. It also meant that my boobs had a lifted, separated shape, rather than the usual I'm-doing-sports uniboob. The wide straps (especially with the racerback clip) meant the pressure was spread nicely over my shoulders, not digging in at any point, and not affecting my posture. The material is significantly thinner than the shock absorber bras, but this has no bearing on the support the bra offers. I chose the Charcoal/Coral colour, and it is simply gorgeous. It's not too OTT, but it is a nice touch on the usual simple athletic attire. When it comes to sizing, definitely go a size down on the band. Usually I am a 32H/32HH, but after reading other reviews, I opted for a 30HH. I wear this size on the smallest hook, so that's definitely something to bear in mind. With that being said, because of the clever design of this bra, it doesn't need to squeeze your ribs to get the support you want. All in all, this is a fantastic bra. My boobs are very happy!
