How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Running, cycling, playing rounders! As an older woman, I hate wearing sports bras that give a mono-boob.

I have worked out in this a few times, and it keeps my breasts secured and supported whilst working out. The fact that it's wired means that theres also a good seperation.
I've deucted one star as I think the straps could be a little wider- one of mines rolls sometimes which is annoying, but I am still able to work our in it.Very secure

First, the shape! not like other sports bras, this one gives a nice round shape. In my opinion, it's for low/medium impact, but still a great bra. The cup fits perfectly! The material is soft and comfortable. we need more colors for that one!Recently viewed
