How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I LOVE this sports bra. I wanted a bra that wasn’t going to add more bulk, a lot of sports bras for bigger boobs have moulded cups and I absolutely do not need to be adding volume! This bra is fabulous, it’s really comfy, has great support and looks good too. I honestly love it. I wore this for a half marathon and felt great.Super sports Bra

I’m new to exercise and this was my second attempt at finding the right bra for yoga and strength training. I’d presumed no wired was best I was wrong. This is one of the most comfortable bras I’ve ever worn. The bones sit perfectly around my chest and do not dig in . It’s tighter and firmer that a day bra. But without squashing and flattening my chest. It ls also an excellent moisture absorber drawing away from the skin and not feeling soggy when a work out is hard.
