love the style, can not do it on my own, but i can get help

I thought these would be the answer to my prayers and my bra straps would stop falling down, which drives me mad. They do work, but how on earth do you get them on without somebody to help you? They are impossible to put on behind your back. I have to get my partner to do it and what do I do if I live on my own?
