My first properly fitted sports bra, my previous one flattened and pushed down my boobs, obviously uncomfortable and meant I couldn't focus properly on my workout. This is so comfortable and doesn't make me sweat. I usually wear a 36G or GG depending on the style but this bra is a 38FFComfort & Support Sports Bras
