Band far too tight! Extremely uncomfortable - cannot wear it.

Had a hard time getting this on the first time. One time as I was putting it on, it made a snapping noise like I ripped a stitch somewhere but I see no damage. Once it's on, it does fine. My boobs still jiggle in it.
