I play rugby in mine. Very comfortable and very supportive. I find that when buying in a sports bra I need to go up a back size and usually come down a cup size (or two depending on the bra) - for comfort. I wouldn't wear it for more than 2-3 hours, it is tight. But then it is doing a lot of work!! Very happy with it. Would totally recommend for the bigger boobed sports woman :-)

I'm a size 30 f normally and wanted a good sports bra for doing zumba etc. I was shocked that I had to get a much bigger size but it maybe the shape of the bra that makes you need a bigger size sometimes; I needed a 34 dd instead. The bra is comfortable and very supportive and I think zumba will be more fun now without having to worry about my bra. The only thing I am aware of under my Lycra top the bra does show the bra lines at times But I get used to it.

Tried this on in-store today. It's a great sports bra and offers very, very high impact support. However, for me, it was the kind of sports bra that really just straps you up and sucks you in! It totally gave me a mono-boob mound on my chest - good for practicality, but, I participate in a sport that is photographed a lot so not so great for the look/shape under clothing/sports uniforms. Would definitely recommend either way especially if you're not bothered about what it looks like. I would've bought it if I'd had more money! As far as the value for money goes, it's actually excellent value - will most likely purchase one in the near future for training and going to the gym.

Very happy with this one, it gives as good a support as you can get in my size but is still comfortable. Would recommend a smaller cup size than usual (I went down 2 cup sizes) if you want it tight with good support for running. Would love to have it in more colours!

I needed a sports bra for jogging, this looked good and fairly priced but i couldn't even breathe in this without my boobs bouncing let alone jog. Very disappointed as Shock absorber claims it's bounce control tested - I can only imagine they tested it on an A cup

Absolutely fantastic bra, I use it for riding/dressage/martial arts and the ladies are always kept firmly in place and look even better than with some normal bras, even with the bounciest movements! Fit is true to size, highly recommend it!!!

I really, really don't like this bra. It runs a little small in the back and squishes my boobs together and downwards in a very unattractive way. I like to sweat when I work out, so the squishing feels pretty horrible too. On the plus side, it really does the job - stopping my boobs from moving an iota, even when running. Pity it looks and feels so unpleasant.

I tried this as I need a wire-free sports bra and desired one that worked with support still rather than compression. After discussing at length with Bravissimo customer service, it was determined this would be the best for that. The 34GG was true to size and fit how it should, and it doesn't compress! But...it doesn't offer any support either. It squished my boobs together into a uniboob, and pushed them down. I'm 27, I dont' have saggy breasts, but all of a sudden they dropped to my tummy! Yup. It doesn't compress, it pushes them down and in. Back it goes...
