How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Pre pregnancy I liked this bra but I didn’t love this bra because it’s quite full coverage and made me look even bigger and high up but used it because it works and is breathable. Now pregnant it is the only bra that holds them down enough to run making it an absolute life saver and the best sports bra I can find. 34FF pre pregnancy 36GG now. I went and just bought the 36H for growing into and is currently a mega comfy pregnancy sleep bra. Would recommend.sport support

Really supportive and let’s you breathe but DO SIZE UP on the band I am always a 36 and the 38 fits exactly as a 36 should I also probably could have sized up in cup as I am in between cup sizes but decided not to as was bigger bandRecently viewed
