A sports bra that actually supports you during vigorous exercise. Will definitely buy more

I bought the same size I usually wear, and I had to order a smaller size for the back, cup was perfect.

I love the Freya bra, out of the three that I got to sample, I can safely say, I’ll be wearing the Freya dynamic sports bra for a very long time.

I returned the Dynamic Sports Bra as it size was way too small (after discussing with Bravissimo CS Lady). In addition I didnt like how it held my chest squished into my body. Returned to Bravissimo no problem and refund received promptly so very happy with the service. I actually chose the Bravissimo Inspire underwired Sports Bra which is a perfect fit and holds me very securely.

Finally, a sports bra that offers proper support but also looks nice and doesn’t crush your rib cage! Really happy with this one.

Ideal for activities such as Pilates.

Pay attention to the advice on the website to go down a band size and up a cup. I would suggest maybe even two cups. I have Freya bras in 30E and 30F and Bravissimo brand in 30F and 30FF so thought going for a 28F in this would work. I didn't want the cups to be too big and not support me for running but the cups were far too small. I now have it in a 28G. The band is loose, I have it on the second hook already to provide enough support for running but there isn't a smaller band option. The bra works well for running and I would recommend it. I find the J clip difficult to do up on my own and had to ask my husband to help, but the bra supports enough for running without using it. It isn't suitable for my workouts which involve laying on my back as the clasps at the back dig in to my spine.

Really effective and worth it I was sceptical about a non-wired sports bra but it is brilliant! Supportive, comfortable and high quality
