Pay attention to the advice on the website to go down a band size and up a cup. I would suggest maybe even two cups. I have Freya bras in 30E and 30F and Bravissimo brand in 30F and 30FF so thought going for a 28F in this would work. I didn't want the cups to be too big and not support me for running but the cups were far too small. I now have it in a 28G. The band is loose, I have it on the second hook already to provide enough support for running but there isn't a smaller band option. The bra works well for running and I would recommend it. I find the J clip difficult to do up on my own and had to ask my husband to help, but the bra supports enough for running without using it. It isn't suitable for my workouts which involve laying on my back as the clasps at the back dig in to my spine.

Between 3-4 stars. It's a bit annoying to do up at the back in terms of trying to get the right tightness on the straps and where the hooks should be since they can move up and down, but once you've figured it out it should stay where it is. But sometimes the hooks do come undone with movement like jumping (fairly regularly actually. would be better if the hooks were sturdier). It holds my boobs well though I did go bigger in the cups. I tried on so many different sports bras before this, from different brands and shops, and nothing works (everything was either not fitting or the straps fell down). This mostly works even though for the first like month I had it it was pretty changeable and annoying/uncomfortable.

It sure doesn’t hold me up and feel like there squashed together . Feels great on my shoulders

Great support and fit with hardly any bounce when running. Had to go down a band size and up cup thanks to staff recommendation.

Felt comfy from first try on, only lost the fifth star as it is a little monoboob! Followed advice on the website & went down a back size & up a cup size to 32J fits perfectly!

Fits well and comfortable but far too much of a monoboob. It's a shame as I really love the Freya Force bras but they have discontinued them to make these.
