How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I’ve worn various wonderfully supportive & flattering brands & shapes from Bravissimo over the years, but this is the best swimsuit yet. I typically go for underwired bikinis but I tried this as an alternative for a fancy spa hotel break & I’m so glad I did. It was easy to slip (there’s no clips, hooks or zips) & I was very surprised by the amount of bust support as 99% or my bras & swimwear are underwired. The texture is flattering & for the first time in a very long time & didn’t feel conscious about my tummy (I’m a size 12-14 with a tummy roll). I even felt a little bit sexy! I’ve also worn it with a pair of denim shorts & sandals. I urge anyone who is curious about trying a swimsuit to give it a go!Recently viewed
