Staff were extremely nice and friendly. Shop and changing rooms were clean. One of my bras I have an issue with the way that it sticks underneath my armpit, spoken with customer service and they have left a message on my order, so when I go back in we can sort out the problem.

Wow, I usually stick to my Envy bras, but at my most recent fitting this bra was suggested to me. It is such a pretty bra and gives such a great shape. It is also so soft and comfortable whilst also providing great support, you almost forget you are wearing it and as a 32J that is quite an accomplishment! We need more colours please!

Despite having to travel from Cornwall to Cardiff to buy my new Millie Bloom Bra and the subsequent costs, I am delighted with the bra and the customer service. An avid fan of the Millie bra for a few years I found the Millie Bloom extremely comfortable and improved my general bust shape. The bra itself is very feminine and the soft lace is delicate and pretty. I am hoping that the Millie bloom will come in more colours soon.

Had the most amazing service in the Newcastle store with a fitting with Alyssa. Love this bra so comfortable I don’t know I am wearing it. Gives me a great shape. As clichéd as it is yes I was wearing the wrong size bra when I went for my fitting!
