Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I don't agree this bra is best for someone with a full bust. I took the advise from the assistant as she was confident this bra would give me the coverage I needed.

For some reason I resisted trying the Millie bra, but the new colour way tempted me. I'm really glad I did, it gives great shape & is very supportive and comfortable all day long. I also got the white bra and the purple one is next on my list.

The bravissimo Florence is the perfect bra for me - I have a small ribcage and heavy bust, and its amazing uplift and shape are essential for my have-to-look-great days. The Millie is wonderful comfortable, but has much less lift, especially after wearing for several hours. The Bloom was recommended to me as having extra lift - and it does, but the difference is slight. I will keep it, but am still hoping for either Florence in more colors, or something really similar.

My 32HH was not white but ivory. Agree with others that the lace is not as stretchy as the Millie original and the band is tighter, so my usual size is somewhat snug, but, I have kept it as it is very pretty and I am hoping to loose some weight, so should get some slack, and bras invariably loosen over time, so fingers crossed it gets a bit more comfy.
