Excellent sports bra for high impact sports. It comes up small and is a bit tight, but comfortable. What you need to avoid bounce.

This is a basic necessity, rather than pretty item, however after trying on a huge number of sport bra’s this was by far the most supportive for a 32GG when moving or running. Quite small to fold up for going to the gym rather than padded or underwires versions. Squashed rather than enhances, and comes up very high at the front, do not suitable u see a vest to, but I guess that’s what gives support.

It fits very similar to a the freya dynamic sports bra. Not shown in the photos, but it does have a clip to fasten to make it cross at the back. Band is a little firm in my usual size but loosens off.

The Aspen high impact sports bra is supportive and stops the dreaded bounce during exercise. However, as I live alone, fastening the bra proved a little tricky. Other than that, I would recommend this bra.

This sports bra was so uncomfortable. It seems like there is too much fabric near the armpits and it just digs in. It was returned.

Really comfortable and does the job! Much more comfortable than other sports bras and less bulky. I did what the website suggested and went for a larger band but smaller cup (usually 36E- bought a 38 DD) and was perfect fit
