Your user-generated content

User-Generated Content (UGC), as that term is defined below, must not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false email address, impersonate anyone, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. Bravissimo reserves the right to remove or edit any such content but may not regularly review posted content

  • We also reach to customers via social media or email from the inbox to see their permission to feature user-generated content in Bravissimo’s marketing materials which includes but is not limited to: Bravissimo’s social media channels (paid and organic), email, website, print media e.g. magazines, leaflets and in our shops.

  • If you choose to allow us to use your user-generated content by sending this to​ or submitting it to our website you agree to these terms of use

  • Bravissimo reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use without advance notice by posting a revised Terms of Use. Accordingly, you should review the Terms of Use each time you grant permission or authorization to feature your user generate content

  • You grant Bravissimo permission and its related companies a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use your user generated content in any manner to be determined in the Licensed Parties’ sole discretion, including but not limited to Bravissimo’s social media channels (paid and organic), email, website, print media e.g. magazines, leaflets and in our shops

  • The Licensed Parties may use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your user generated content in any manner in their sole discretion, with no obligation to you whatsoever

  • You grant Bravissimo the right to use your username, real name, image, comment in connection with any use of your user generated content

  • You agree (a) Bravissimo can re-post, share, link to and otherwise use, promote (including paying third parties to promote) and reference your post through any of Bravissimo’s official marketing materials as listed above (b) you’re the creator of the post and allow us to credit you by including your name and/or social handle on the image or in copy and (c) you have to rights to all content in the post (including people, text, videos, music, trademarks or other content)

  • You can withdraw the use of your user generated content by contacting


We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Which countries laws apply to disputes?

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident in a country outside England and Wales, you may alternatively bring proceedings in the country in which you are resident.

Our registered trademarks

“Bravissimo” and the sizes “Curvy”, “Really Curvy” and “Super Curvy” are registered trademarks of Bravissimo Limited in the UK and other countries. You are not permitted to use these trademarks, or any other trademarks of Bravissimo Limited displayed on our site (whether registered or unregistered) without our approval.
