Bravissimo Bravellous Points is free of charge to join.
Once enrolled, Bravissimo will award members one point per qualifying item* purchased and kept within 12 months of the 1st qualifying purchase†. Once five points have been awarded, members will be sent a £10 voucher in 28 days pending no items are returned.
†Members have 12 months to reach 5 points. The 12-month countdown will start from the date the 1st qualifying item is bought and kept. Once 5 points have been reached, a £10 Bravissimo voucher will be sent in 28 days following the 5th qualifying item that is bought and kept, pending no items are returned. All returns will be deducted from points balance.
Once a voucher has been reached, five points will be deducted from the member's Bravellous Points total. A new 12-month countdown will start once the next qualifying item is purchased and kept.
There is no limit to the amount of points or vouchers members can earn.
Only items* purchased in GBP£ will qualify for points.
It is Bravissimo's intention to run Bravissimo Bravellous Points for the foreseeable future. However, Bravissimo reserves the right to suspend, postpone or cease operation of the scheme at any time. In the event of such a suspension, postponement or cessation, no compensation or recompense whatsoever will be due to members of the scheme. We will endeavour to give one month's notice of any suspension, postponement or cessation of the scheme to current scheme members.
Bravissimo reserves the right to refuse membership, to withdraw membership from individual members and to close the scheme to new members at any time.
Bravissimo Bravellous Points is open to Bravissimo employees who purchase qualifying items at full price only. Any items purchased with any form of discount or as uniform will not qualify for Bravellous Points.
Bravissimo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the scheme at any time. For up to date terms and conditions, scheme members should refer to this page, where the current terms and conditions will always be shown. A scheme member will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by their continued enrolment in the scheme.
Members may leave the scheme at any time - please call us on 01926 459 859. On leaving the scheme all points collected will be lost.
One point will be awarded for each full price item* purchased and kept after the date of joining the scheme.
*Qualifying items - Bras, sports bras, sleep bras, swimsuits, bikinis, tankinis, dresses, shirts, tops, knitwear, jackets, coats, sportwear tops, sportswear jackets, vest tops with built in bras, nightwear tops, nightwear dresses, sports tops and sports jackets. Briefs, thongs, shorts, shapewear and accessories are excluded. All bottoms for clothing, swimwear, nightwear and sportswear are excluded too. Points cannot be earned on sale, promotional items or items that have been discounted for any reason.
Any item* which is returned for a refund, for which points have been awarded, will be deducted from your points total.
To qualify to collect points, items* must be purchased on your own customer account.
Items* purchased in all channels (shops, online or by mail order) will qualify for collecting points.
Points have no value but are lost if 5 points are not reached within the 12-month countdown, the scheme ends or if you request to close your Bravellous Points membership.
Points are personal to the member and cannot be transferred to another person's account.
Bravissimo may withdraw the loyalty points awarded to a member in the event that the member incurs debts with Bravissimo Ltd.
A £10 Bravissimo voucher will be awarded for every 5 points on the member’s Bravellous Points account.
Once members have reached 5 points, an email will be sent to confirm this. Emails will be sent regularly, but not necessarily immediately after the purchase of the 5th qualifying item. All members will be entitled to receive their £10 Bravissimo voucher once their eligibility has been confirmed by a further email. This email will contain the £10 Bravissimo voucher code.
Once the 28 day qualifying period for the voucher has passed and a voucher is sent, five points will be deducted from the member's Bravellous Points total.
The £10 Bravissimo voucher can be redeemed in store, online, by mail order over the phone or by email through our customer services team.
If you need to return an item purchased with the £10 Bravissimo voucher, we will (at your request) either exchange it for an alternative item or refund the item. If item is exchanged, the customer will be required to pay the difference if applicable. If item is returned in one of our shops, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method and any voucher amount will be issued as a new paper voucher. If item is returned by post, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method and any voucher amount will be issued in the same format as the original voucher. Normal Bravissimo terms and conditions relating to returns and exchanges apply.
£10 Bravissimo vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Bravellous Points vouchers will expire 12 months from the date of generation. This will be detailed on the voucher email.
When redeeming your £10 Bravissimo voucher, the voucher amount will be deducted from your order total. If the full voucher value is not used, we will issue the change as a brand new voucher. If order was placed online or via mail order, this will be issued in the same format as the original voucher. If the items were purchased in one of our shops, this will be issued as a new paper voucher.
Current post and packing charges will be applied if your item purchased with the £10 Bravissimo voucher is ordered by mail order.

In-store: Find your nearest shop here. Just show your voucher code to a member of the team at the till.
Online: Redeem your voucher online at bravissimo.com. In the payment section, click ‘Redeem a voucher’ and enter your voucher code.
By phone: Call us on 01926 459859 and our lovely customer service team will process your order. Customer Services are open 8.30am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday.
