Literally no bounce whatsoever. The minimizing effect does suck you in a lot & feels very tight at first, but you get used to it and it’s amazing for exercising. I’m a big boob / small frame girly and have never felt so comfortable wearing a sports bra- No fear of anything hanging out or accidentally showing cleavage while bending over. This sports bra allows you to exercise with the feel of having small boobs & it’s amazing. It’s also full-coverage enough to be able to wear on its own as a top.

Recently bought this sports bra after reading good reviews. The advice was to buy a smaller cup size and a wider chest size. I am normally F36, so bought an E38 and it’s a perfect fit! Very comfortable, am so pleased and definitely recommend.

I was nervous about buying a sports bra without trying it on but I need’nt have worried. Although I am usually a 32F I bought a 34F which fitting well.

This is definitely one of my favorite bras I've ever owned. I like the minimizing effect this one has also it's comfortable on my shoulders. No bounce. Just secure and comfort.
